Bunkeren

Situated in South Newcastle, Bunkeren grows out of the site to frame some spectacular vistas towards the ocean. Off-form concrete is the star of this structure, with the board-formed slabs, shadow-gaps and post-tensioned cantilevered green roofs creating a beautiful composition within the landscape.
Bunkeren won the Residential Architecture Award at the 2021 NSW Architecture Awards in the New Houses Category.
